Phil began his career in the motor trade in 1999 and attended Lewisham College, London for one year studying mechanical engineering and bodywork. In 2000 he moved north to Scarborough with his family where he attended the Yorkshire Coast College for two years, completing his Level 3 in Light vehicle maintenance and repair.
Having completed his College course he began in the world of employment with Motosave carrying out general maintenance including exhaust and tyre fitting. In 2003 Phil was recruited by Ford main agents in Scarborough, became a certified MOT tester and after fourteen years’ service joined our workshop team.
In his spare time Phil enjoys building model railway systems and loves attending various platforms on the North Yorkshire Railway to see steam trains. Other hobbies consist of attending car shows with work colleagues and reading books.
