THE PARTS DEPARTMENT
The right part, at the right time
Our parts team operates exclusively in support of live workshop projects. Drawing on an extensive network of local and international suppliers built over decades, we source components to specification โ keeping restoration timelines on track and expenditure under control.
This is not a retail operation. Every part that moves through our department is tied to a specific project and vehicle, managed end-to-end by our team.
01
Supplier Network
A curated network of trusted local and international suppliers, refined over many years. We know who holds stock for rare marques, who can supply to tight tolerances, and when to source new versus reconditioned.
02
Cost Control
A dedicated parts team means workshop technicians focus on the vehicle, not the supply chain. Bulk relationships, preferred pricing, and accurate forecasting all feed directly into project cost-effectiveness.
03
Graphics & Decals
Our in-house design capability produces faithful reproductions of period-correct graphics, liveries, and decals that are no longer commercially available โ researched to the original specification and produced to match.
INTERNAL WORKFLOW
Efficiency is a craft in itself
A dedicated internal parts operation means the workshop never waits unnecessarily for supplies. Every project benefits from a team whose sole focus is finding, making, and delivering exactly what each vehicle requires. This structure has an immeasurable effect on keeping restoration projects progressing smoothly and on the overall quality of the finished result.
01 / INITIAL
Project Brief
Workshop or Bodyshop raises a parts requirement against a specific project. The brief includes make, model, specification, and timeline.
02 / DIRECTION
Source or Design
Parts team assesses whether the component can be sourced from the supplier network or whether it requires in-house design and prototyping.
03 / PRODUCTION OR STORE
Validate & Approve
Sourced parts are checked against the specification on arrival. Prototyped parts are fitted and assessed before final fabrication is approved.
04 / FINAL
Log & Issue
Every part is catalogued against its project in our inventory system before being issued to the workshop. Surplus parts are stored and indexed.
PROTOTYPING
When the part no longer exists, we make it
For parts that cannot be sourced โ whether obsolete, unique to a specific build, or requiring modification โ our team designs and produces them in-house. Modern 3D printing capability allows prototypes to be validated before committing to fabrication, reducing waste and refining the result.
Prototype parts are printed in-house to validate fit, form, and function before any commitment to material or machining cost. This removes uncertainty from the design stage and allows iterative refinement without expense.
Working closely with the Bodyshop and Workshop, we design modifications and bespoke components to suit a project’s specific requirements โ from brackets and mounts to body panels and trim pieces.

INVENTORY & PROVENANCE
Order kept with the same care as the work itself
A restoration can span months or years, and the integrity of a project depends on knowing exactly where every component sits at every stage. Parts are catalogued against their vehicle on entry, stored in conditions appropriate to their material, and tracked through our inventory system from strip-down to final fitment. Surplus and reusable items are retained and indexed โ the same discipline applied to a one-off bracket as to a complete trim set.
Every part is logged against its vehicle and project reference, with condition and provenance recorded at the point of entry.
Parts are stored in conditions appropriate to their material โ metal, rubber, trim, and electrical components, each handled with the care their longevity demands.
